Perpetual B-corp DAO
is an experimental decentralized autonomous organization being developed as a Liechtenstein–Vermont hybrid trust structure. Combining innovative governance with legal resilience, TIMMER DAO is designed to operate as a blockchain-native B-corporation that balances transparency, purpose-driven impact, and decentralized control with human veto and a dead man's switch. It is spearheaded by ReBlock, a Czech-based venture at the forefront of digital restitution frameworks and tokenized trust infrastructure.

I am an inheritance administrator of the late Jiri Timmer, estate owner from Kutná Hora, Central Bohemia. I became a lawyer, practiced both in Prague, Czech Republic and in the Principality of Liechtenstein as opposed to running the family estate, because of family's incomplete restitution processes of the family following the fall of the Berlin wall.
My restitution pursuit in former Czechoslovakia was however marked by several judicial mistakes around 2012-2014, which resulted in several compensation proceedings out of which the case Tomas Zach vs. the Czech Republic N. 20 C 72/2019 (appeal No. 20 Co 286/2022) was already victoriuos.
Nevertheless due to a multi-generational aspect of these restitutions (see the Princely Family of Liechtenstein f.i.), I decided to establish the Timmer Trust in the Principality of Liechtenstein, because of the analogical mistrust in the administrative arrangement within the Czech Republic.
As a result both good and bad experiences from settling the trust (Lei: 20529900MKU66DA0JRJ595) contributed to my studies of the Blockchain ACT in Liechtenstein and devising a self sustainable economic structure evolving into a Liechtenstein-Vermont Hybrid Discretionary Trust with B-Corp DAO Succession.
Furthermore I have extensive experience managing bakruptcy masses in Switzerland (Aquapresén and OntopAir group of companies), engage in the bankruptcy proceeding of the Czechoslovak giant Arca Capital and publish activist posts and articles on LinkedIn as influencer - #DonJustice.
